The only solution that was presented was moved to a slum in Santa Fe in Havana itself, but stay on this site only lasted three months, on 30 July that same year 2009 in the afternoon , a drag accompanied by a police patrol car with two officers, who were forced to assemble their belongings in drag to be deported to Santiago de Cuba, their hometown. Arriving in Santiago de Cuba, were placed in a small room in the house of my mother. They began to make some constructive arrangements to improve conditions, mainly for the two girls. Again, the institution People's Housing and fine harasses twice, first with 300.00 to 400.00 pesos and then, without giving the possibility to legalize construction and home ownership.
A consequence of this, last February 27, 2011 had to leave the house again and moving his family to the suburbs the city of Santiago de Cuba where they are temporarily, thanks to the generosity of some friends.
This come from Cuban authorities is a form of prosecutorial policy and its rights under the Universal Charter of Human Rights in the person of Adrian Sanchez, so his case will be evaluated and presented in a Opposition demand Municipality of Santiago de Cuba at all levels of the Cuban government for violation of the right of all people to live in any part of their country without any restrictions.
