The rules say that you have to choose 5 blogs that stand out for its content and concept or its aesthetics. Here are the 5 blogs that I see they take all the awards:

regulation says:
1 .- When receiving the award has to write a post showing the award and must include the name of the blog or website that you give it away and bind it to post on this blog or website that you named the winner.
2 .- Choose a minimum of 5 blogs that you think are conspicuous by their thematic and / or its design. Write their names and links to them. Tell them that they have been awarded the "Premio personal effort." For pickup.
3 .- Optional. Award proudly display in your blog post link to making you write about it.
